We had a blast enjoying the breakfast, which was super diverse and really worth it. The large shampoo bottles were a nice touch! The lobby was great for chilling with fun toys and books for the kids while we relaxed. Just a heads up, the carpets might trigger allergies, so keep that in mind! 😊

The hotel is very centrally located at the beginning of a pedestrian zone. From here, the sights of the city can be easily explored. The room was quiet, large and well furnished.
Parking situation is not very easy, unless one gets a parking place in the parking garage under the hotel. Public parking garage is only about 100 m away.

The kids loved the ground floor lobby with games they could safely enjoy, and the spacious room was perfect for our family. I appreciated the complimentary water fountain, reducing plastic waste .

Very modern clean and comfortable
The room was described as having one double bed and one single bed but the Hotel does not have any rooms like this. What we actually got was one double bed and a pull-down bed which was Ok for us but may disappoint others

Very central to Eurostar station. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Staff helpful.
Poor quality towels in bathroom. Very thin and bath towels small. No mirror by dressing table.Cooked breakfast non existent. 14 euros for an english breakfast was exorbitant especially when there was very little to choose from. Carpet iin bedroom stained - needed a good shampoo. Have stayed in better 3 star city hotels abroad.

The check in was simple and the clerk was very efficient, extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, and great stay with the hotel located a short walk from the Old Town and the Christmas Market.
